Hi! I'm Valerie, owner of @WellnessbyValerie. I was born and raised in Southern California, then relocated to Lake Mills, WI, in late 2020. I began my natural health journey for my family in 2011. I studied nutrition, detox, and holistic remedies. Then years later I realized how big of a role our emotional health plays to our overall well-being. Including our physical health.
During the pandemic, it became clear how many people are struggling emotionally. I became certified in the healing technique, Reiki 1 & 2 in 2023. And have been practicing on clients since. I have witnessed amazing results and am passionate to continue to help people heal.
I am also a Certified Essential oil Specialist and Certified in the Aromatouch Technique. I am so excited to offer Reiki therapy enhanced with Aromatherapy at Lake Mills Massage!
